The murder of George Floyd brought the Black Lives Matter movement back into the spotlight with immense support and my colleague and I wanted to keep the conversation going by opening up conversation about it with our teams at Cisco. This was a topic I felt strongly about and being a POC, I wanted to give back to our community in a way that would educate our peers and initiate important conversations in our workplace at Cisco.
